I know I havent been on much just so busy with school and life in general.
I started P90X last week…this is the start of week 2 for me…and I am trying to go to a personal trainer with my mom. Yes I know it sounds super crazy but by the end of summer I should be super fit.
My CW is I think like 118-120…it keeps changing on me. My GW is 135-140…more so on the upperend. I know that seems like a lot but I also know that I can get there because when I was working out everyday and playing bball at school..I was there. I want pure muscle. No supplements. Just good working out and good eating. But my biggest problem is diet. I really need that diet plan for P90x or even insanity. Anything will help me.
